Angela Delglyn  CMTA2

I am a graduate of the Northern Institute of Massage (1991), having studied Remedial Massage then later Deep Lymphatic Therapy with the late Grace Halliday.  There have been foray's into other modalities - more latterly Metabolic Typing.

My exploratory journey has spanned a couple of decades so I feel I am in a position to be able to offer clients a fairly clear route to better health, and more importantly, a progressive method for use in their own maintenance.  As my knowledge and experience grows, so too does my toolkit.

My main passion is to draw people back to their own innate ability of listening and understanding the simple messages of their own body, thus enabling them to make the right choices for their own health and well-being, instead of expecting someone else to do it for them to that same degree of accuracy.
By paying attention to simple early signals from the body, we stand more chance of alleviating many problems before they develop into something more serious which requires intervention.

As a self-confessed tango addict, I also enjoy working on dancers' problems.

NB - You may notice a lack of letters after my name - I have recently decided to pull out of membership of certain official bodies as I believe it contradicts the way I encourage individuals to trust their own intuition.  The regulation may go some way to standardising the work done by many professionals, however, I would say that many people assume it means that a) all work produced by such professionals is effective and b) that the public need not employ the use of their own instinct when seeking such work.  The choice, as always, is yours.
